Do you offer returns on headpieces and accessories?
Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing if need be. Each piece is made up especially for you when you order and due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping you will need to notify us within 48 hours and we will replace or repair as required.
Custom colours?
Most of the pieces on the website can be modified in size and colour to suit your needs. Get in touch for more information to see if we can match what you require.
Payment Methods?
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard or regular payments through PayPal.
Sizes
Take time to read the items description for measurement. All of these items are fully handmade and although we try to be as consistent as possible sizes may vary slightly (less than 5%). Most of the pieces can be altered in size to make it perfect for you. Email us at saoraaccessories@gmail.com for more information.
Care for my piece?
For all pieces, take care not to drop or shake in the box. Store carefully in a box. Any damages from shipping must be communicated within 48 hours of receipt to saoraaccessories@gmail.com
What kind of materials do we use?
All of our wires and combs are tarnish resistant and gold/silver plated where specified. This is not the same as solid gold/silver. All of the flowers are handcrafted at the Soara Design Studio with so much love. We use freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals where it is noted on the pieces description. If you would like more of these types of materials included in your piece let us know!
