As each piece is made up especially for you we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose your piece carefully, ensure you read the listing properly, noting the dimensions and colours. If you aren’t sure wheather a piece will match please get in touch and we will try to help you as best as we can.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping you will need to notify us within 48 hours and we will replace or repair as required.
